  • Navigate the surges of a busy kitchen, serving up to 300 patrons during peak times.
  • Lead the kitchen through the changing seasons, showcasing your adaptability and culinary finesse.
  • Inspire and guide a dynamic team of young, passionate individuals, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment
  • Take charge of ordering, rostering, and managing COGs, ensuring a smooth transition from the executive chef's helm
