Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, resources and project deliverables
- Manage and lead cross-functional teams in order to successfully deliver projects on time and according to the quality requirements
- Scheduling, Risk Management and Budgeting experience
- Monitor and control each phase and steps of project implementation
- Identify and report project issues and project risks to the relevant individuals
- Find solutions to mitigate and/or minimise project risks and other issues
- Prepare and deliver project management deliverables to the appropriate steering committees
- Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication across delivery teams.
- Provide clear, consistent status updates/reports and strategic insights to senior leadership.
- Utilise Jira to manage project backlogs, sprints, epics, and tasks, ensuring visibility and control over delivery timelines.
- Role Specific Requirements
- 6 + years Senior Project Management experience
- Worked on or supported large scale, programs of work -experience with OpenShift and ServiceNow will be highly regarded
- Exposure to Agile delivery experience and ITIL Certification is advantageous
The role will require 3 days per week in Norwest office.
