What You'll DoWe have a great opportunity for an experienced Human Capital Management, Manager ("HCM Manager") to play an integral role in managing the HCM operational requirements for the People & Culture function.This is a full-time permanent role reporting to the Group Manager, People Services where you have the opportunity build a future technology roadmap for the People function while partnering with our Technology community to ensure alignment of broader NRMA system governance.The role is based from our Sydney CBD and Sydney Olympic Park offices with the flexibility to work from home and sites across Australia as agreed and required for the role.Your responsibilities will encompass:
  • Manage the People & Culture Technology suite of HCM systems
  • Manage BAU configuration change and implementation activities, documenting requirements and maintaining detailed records and testing evidence
  • Manage triage and support for all HCM tickets
  • Collaborate with Technology to ensure alignment with security requirements as well as all major system configuration changes via Technology gating and review process
  • Champion a high level of customer service and influence the broader People Systems team to meet and manage standards
  • Participate in monitoring, internal audits, and regulatory compliance reviews
  • Work with internal stakeholders to understand functional P&C requirements and partner with Technology to ensure solutions meet functional requirements and align with Group Technology Strategy
  • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on any new system implementation, new modules or upgrades
  • Lead automation and continuous improvement
  • Manage the data governance requirements of the People & Culture suite of HCM systems including establishing policies and procedures
  • Represent People & Culture in data governance forums
  • Lead and manage a team of 1-2 reports, directly or indirectly
What You'll Bring
  • 5 years’ experience within a HCM role coupled with tertiary qualifications
  • People leadership capabilities
  • System implementation experience
  • Dayforce experience (desirable)
  • Solid understanding of HCM technologies and integration with broader ERP’s
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong business analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Exposure and understanding of People and Culture Policies and procedures (desirable)
