Property and Accounts AdministratorAre you highly organised, detail focused, and passionate about delivering exceptional support? The Shoe Group is seeking a Property and Accounts Administrator to join our team in a Part Time capacity at the National Support Office.This role plays a key part in managing property administration with a strong focus on financial processes, and ensuring all rental payments and property related charges are processed accurately and on time across our national store network. You will work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure everything runs seamlessly, while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism. What you will be Responsible for:
Review, code, reconcile and approve rental payments for 200+ stores
File and maintain all remittances
Update and manage property software (Lease Eagle) with current lease detailsProvide monthly and annual sales reports to landlordsCoordinate insurance certificates for each store and issue to landlordsPrepare and generate reports for managementDeliver ad-hoc administrative support to the team as required Skills & Experience:Strong proficiency in Microsoft OfficeExcellent time management and ability to meet deadlinesHigh attention to detail and accuracyResults driven with a proactive approach to improving processesStrong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsComfortable working independently as well as within a teamEnjoys a varied role and taking on responsibilityDedicated, motivated, and approachableThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic and supportive environment, with the chance to make a real impact in a diverse and rewarding role.Why Join Us?At The Shoe Group, we believe our people are the heart of everything we do.
