- Prepare and present beverages to a high standard, including cocktails and wine

- Prior bar experience in a hotel or a la carte dining environment
- Confident cocktail-making and solid wine/beverage knowledge
- Enthusiastic about hospitality and continuous improvement
- Holds a valid RSA certificate
- Professional presentation and excellent communication skills
- Calm under pressure, thrives in a fast-paced team environment
- Flexible availability across a rotating 7-day roster (including evenings, weekends, and public holidays)
