We are looking for a detail-orientated, people person to join our team in the pivotal role of Recruitment Coordinator!

This key support role is integral to the success of our operations, providing high-level administrative and recruitment coordination to ensure the seamless delivery of both temporary and permanent staffing solutions.You will play a vital role in candidate engagement, consultant support, and the coordination of core business processes, contributing directly to the efficiency and overall success of our operations.Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Supporting Recruitment Consultants with the end-to-end recruitment process, from job advertisement to placement and onboarding.
  • Managing and updating candidate information via phone, email, and SMS using a recruitment database.
  • Coordinating job advertisements across various platforms and screening applications before referral.
  • Assisting with candidate briefing, interview scheduling, reference checking, and ongoing communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Maintaining accuracy in client and candidate documentation in line with quality assurance and compliance standards.
  • Supporting payroll setup, credit card payment processing, and database integrity for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attending networking events and contributing to business development through proactive engagement.
  • Liaising with clients to ensure satisfaction, escalate any concerns, and support the delivery of exceptional service.
  • Assisting with reception overflow and general administration, including formatting resumes and data entry.
Your Skills & Experience:To excel in this role, you will demonstrate a proactive mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to manage competing priorities with professionalism, efficiency, and a positive attitude.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally in a professional or recruitment setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Advanced computer literacy, particularly in MS Office and CRM/database systems.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
  • High levels of discretion and confidentiality.
  • A genuine interest in people and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Professional presentation and confidence in both written and verbal communication.
  • (Desirable) Undertaking or completed studies in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
