Speciality - HP4 Pharmacist
Location - Rockhampton
Start date - ASAP
Contract Length: Ongoing
Pay rate- Dependant on Experience
Responsibilities include clinical reviews, medication reconciliation, discharge counselling, and supporting the dispensary team. Familiarity with iPharmacy or similar hospital systems is advantageous. The ideal candidate will be AHPRA registered with prior hospital experience.
This temporary position offers a chance to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary hospital environment providing clinical pharmacy services across a range of wards including general medicine, surgery, and rehabilitation.
