  • an intensive initial orientation, blending collective learning with all our new graduates and practical time at your office to meet and shadow your peers
  • weekly clinical supervision with further informal supports
  • regular coaching from your team leader to adjust to the challenges of work, and
  • a diverse clientele with a chance to deliver services to children, young people and adults living with disability, as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

  • continuing clinical supervision, where you can work to develop a clear professional development plan to ensure you continue to receive the tailored support you need

You'll receive an attractive salary and benefits in line with Novita's enterprise agreement. Additionally, you can salary package living expenses up to $15,900 per year, increasing your take-home pay.
