TOMRA is also committed to building on the perspectives, experience, knowledge and skills that this diversity brings to our organisation.Job DescriptionPlease note this role may be based in Belmont, WA or West End, QLD.As a part of our friendly and supportive HR team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day HR administration for our teams across Queensland and Western Australia.The primary focus of this role will be providing support to employees across the employee lifecycle. Reporting to the Senior People and Organisation Advisor, this position offers exposure to a range of HR responsibilities and tasks across Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Employee Relations, Return To Work, Cultural initiatives, Offboarding and more.Responsibilities include:
Support recruitment activities by coordinating job postings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, pre-employment checks and assisting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
Own the Induction program, coordinate meet and greet sessions
Draft employment agreements and other HR related documentation
Maintain accurate and up to date employment records in our core systems and ensure the confidentiality and security of employee data
Act as a first point of contact for employees and advise on company policies and programmes
Coordinate programs such as recognition, referral schemes, and more
Assist in ongoing continuous improvement in relation to the company's policies and processes
Provide on the ground support to team members through site visits
Support in coordination of culture events and company wide events
Support RTW coordinator responsibilities
Support in ER matters
QualificationsAbout you:
Passionate about people and the environment
1+ Years experience in HR administration
Experience working in a high-growth and agile organisation will be a strong advantage
High level of attention to detail and communication skills
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle confidential information.
Working in an extremely fast paced and dynamic environment
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
