Join our global team to grow your expertise and develop innovative solutions that enable a prosperous and more sustainable society.We are looking for an Apprentice Pump Technician to join our FE_WIBU team in Australia . This role will work alongside one of our experienced service technicians and will require regular travel to customers to support flow service requirements.Your main tasks and responsibilities:

Assisting service and repair, installation and maintenance of pumps, mixers and other associated equipment for all Sulzer customers within Australia and New Zealand.
Attends designated work sites to help carry out maintenance and inspection of equipment at waste water pump stations, treatment works, clean water distribution networks and desalination plants etc
Assists with collection and delivery of all repaired pumps and pumping equipment to and from the Customers site to the local Service Centres
Works in conjunction with the sales team to help maximize pump sales
Attending all theory sections of the apprenticeship and complete E-Profiling.
General house-keeping duties.
Travel to Sulzer's Service Centre in Laverton as require to complete any practical training as required.
Report to Mentors.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Work experience or expressed interest in mechanical rotating equipment, particularly pumps
Valid drivers license
Attention to detail
High level of communication skills.
Good level of time management.
Completion of Secondary School - Year 10/11/12.
