HSEQ Officer – ManufacturingWe’re seeking an HSEQ Officer for a key support role, contributing to the development and delivery of a strong safety, quality, and environmental culture across the business.This would be a permanent position in Henderson, WA.About the RoleYou will assist with day-to-day HSEQ activities, maintain compliance and audit records, and support the delivery of training, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role plays an important part in promoting a safe, high-quality, and environmentally responsible workplace.Key Responsibilities

Support the implementation of workplace health and safety initiatives.
Assist with the coordination and documentation of site safety inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments.
Maintain up-to-date HSEQ records, including training logs, incident reports, inspections, and action tracking.
Maintain quality management system documentation in alignment with ISO 9001 standards.

About You

At least 1 year of experience working in a health and safety or HSEQ role within a manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environment.
Understanding of ISO management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001) is desirable but not essential.
Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (or currently completing)
Training in incident investigation methodologies (e.g. ICAM or similar) would be advantageous
First Aid and CPR certification
White Card or equivalent workplace safety training
