Project Scheduler - North East Link State Tolling CorporationAre you an expert Project Scheduler with a knack for managing complex projects?The North East Link State Tolling Corporation (STC) is seeking a skilled Project Scheduler to join their team for a 6-month assignment. This is a unique opportunity to play a vital role in one of Victoria's most significant infrastructure projects, the North East Link.You will be instrumental in the delivery of the Toll Collection Capability (TCC) Project, ensuring it stays on track, on time, and within budget. This is a hands-on role where your expertise in project scheduling will directly contribute to the project's success.What You'll Do
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for the TCC Project using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
  • Manage the project's schedule framework, ensuring consistency and adherence to best practices.
  • Lead all project scheduling reporting, providing clear and comprehensive insights to project stakeholders on progress, critical paths, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and proactively manage project risks and dependencies, developing mitigation strategies to keep the project moving forward.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and team members to ensure schedules are accurate and up-to-date.
Who We're Looking ForWe need someone with a strong background in project scheduling and a proactive mindset. The ideal candidate will have:
  • Significant experience in developing and managing schedules for complex projects.
  • Expert-level skills in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
  • A solid understanding of project delivery methodologies and the ability to translate strategic goals into practical schedules.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to influence and build strong relationships.
  • A Project Management qualification and/or certification is required.
  • Engineering/technology and/or business-related qualifications will be desirable.
