The filling of this position is intended to constitute an equal opportunity measure under section 8(1) of the Racial Discrimination Act 1975 (Cth).*You’ll resolve a wide range of technical issues through walk-up (TechBar), phone, email, and remote support channels, working across devices, applications, user accounts, and AV services, while also closely with our Cyber Security team, attend their meetings, and gaining real-world exposure to cyber practices and tools.This is more than a support role—it’s a launchpad into cybersecurity with supported development and hands-on experience in the real world.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide IT support via phone, walk-up service, and ticketing systemAssist with TechBar operations and face-to-face user supportTroubleshoot devices and resolve common hardware/software issuesSupport and educate users on IT systems and toolsDeliver AV troubleshooting and VIP support as neededQualifications & ExperiencePassion for cyber security within the broader IT support landscapeStrong communication and teamwork skills, with a user-focused approachWillingness to learn and assist across diverse support functions, following procedures with attention to detailBasic knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, workplace tech, and exposure to ITSM tools; familiarity with AV or mobile device management; ITIL v4 certification or willingness to obtainThis role does require the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen and hold a or be able to obtain an NV1 level security clearance.Diverse Team Members, Shared Values and a Common PurposeProviding our customers with smarter solutions takes an incredible team with diversity of thought, experience and perspectives driving innovation.
