The RoleThe Nurse Unit Manager is responsible for leading and managing the delivery of health care services to all patients within the Correctional Centre. This role oversees the planning, implementation, and evaluation of health services, including coordinating clinical operations, monitoring service delivery, and contributing to policy and service development. As a key member of the nursing administration team, the Nurse Unit Manager works closely with Justice Health and Corrective Services NSW staff to ensure safe, effective, and integrated care in a secure environment.Our LocationThe South Coast Correctional Centre (SCCC) is a 1050-bed facility that houses male offenders in minimum, medium, and maximum-security areas, usually those sentenced locally and/or with family and community ties. The SCCC is in South Nowra, approximately 168km south of Sydney and 5km from the Nowra CBD.
