  • Demonstrated understanding of the management of a Waitlist within an Admissions Office setting.
  • Experience in supervision of front-line clerical staff within a health service.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate with both clinical and non-clinical staff both verbally and in writing.
  • High level of attention to detail, including with error correction.
