- Lead and manage internal audit engagements and teams
- Define audit objectives, scope, and testing plans
- Use data analytics to detect risks and control gaps
- Monitor and follow up on audit recommendations
- Develop and contribute to risk-based annual audit plans
- Participate in group and cross-functional audit projects
- A master's degree or equivalent in finance, audit, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, CIA, ACCA, or CFE
- At least 7 years of relevant internal audit experience
- Strong knowledge of insurance industry regulations and audit methodologies
- Proficiency in audit tools, data analytics, and MS Office applications
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional/global teams
- Fluency in English
- High integrity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
