This is a hands-on leadership role that focuses on motivating and developing a high-performing team while driving operational efficiencies.Key Responsibilities

Provide proactive and collaborative leadership to the day shift team
Foster connection with team members through strong communication
Lead safety initiatives and manage incidents and hazards
Deliver ongoing feedback and performance management
Ensure adherence to line operation processes and standards
Comply with food safety and quality standards
Analyse reports and develop strategies for continuous improvement
Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate as required
Manage daily workflows and staffing requirements
Identify and develop future talent within the team
Coordinate team training and development plans
Support recruitment as needed
Facilitate regular team meetings

Proven experience leading large frontline teams (20+ members)
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety

Leadership qualifications (advantageous)
Manufacturing leadership experience (advantageous)
