This is a hands-on leadership role that focuses on motivating and developing a high-performing team while driving operational efficiencies.Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive and collaborative leadership to the day shift team
  • Foster connection with team members through strong communication
  • Lead safety initiatives and manage incidents and hazards
  • Deliver ongoing feedback and performance management
  • Ensure adherence to line operation processes and standards
  • Comply with food safety and quality standards
  • Analyse reports and develop strategies for continuous improvement
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate as required
  • Manage daily workflows and staffing requirements
  • Identify and develop future talent within the team
  • Coordinate team training and development plans
  • Support recruitment as needed
  • Facilitate regular team meetings

  • Proven experience leading large frontline teams (20+ members)

  • Demonstrated coaching and team development skills

  • Leadership qualifications (advantageous)
  • Manufacturing leadership experience (advantageous)
