Core Talent are currently recruiting for a reputable a predominantly fit-out & refurbishment builder but also deliver new build up to $15M are seeking a Project Manager for Inner Brisbane based projects. Our client has a strong pipeline of projects and existing projects, working with some of the best clients in the construction industry. They are looking for a stand out Project Manager to join their company.What you will need:

Experience as a Project Manager with delivering fitout & refurb projects from inception to completion
2 years + experience as a Project Manager
Strong communication verbally and written with internal staff, sub-contractors and clients
Procurement and allocation of project resources
Cost Management and reporting
Management of programming, scheduling, planning and oversee all areas of projects
