Our people are at the heart of what we do, bringing expertise, innovation, and leadership to critical programs.In support of our business units Mission Engineering, Advisory and Technical Services and our partnership with Team Downer as the prime Major Service Provider (MSP) to Defence's Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG), we deliver Integrated Work Packages and above the line consulting services to the Department of Defence.The Solution Architect will produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience, with adherence to Defence writing standard whilst also effectively prioritise work and deliverables according to specified timeframes. If successful in securing a role, your work may involve:

Developing and maintain a comprehensive mission thread collection plan.
Work in conjunction with other the Support and Technical teams to develop Standard Operating Procedures and Knowledge Based Articles.
Analyse and document business/functional processes and requirements using standard analysis methodologies and tools.
Deliver presentations to Defence and defence industry stakeholders on the Mission Thread body of work and uses.
Provide input to the ongoing design/development of the Mission Thread Database.
Lead workshops and working groups to collect information to generate mission threads.

We're seeking candidates with Defence Industry experience in the following areas:

Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the Defence or professional services industries.
A natural ability to build trusted relationships with team members, customers, and partners.
Previous experience in Military writing and SOPs
Previous experience supporting projects in a government or Defence organisation. You'll love process, coordination, and being in an environment that encourages collaboration and teamwork.
A strong track record in liaising with resources to ensure services are delivered for current and future demand.
Strong communication skills, and you'll also be an analytical thinker who loves solving complex problems.

Our work is highly complex and confidential, applicants must be Australian citizens with a minimum NV1 security clearance. Additionally, compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements may be necessary.
