Our client offers custom plastic fabrication, polywelding, installation services and CNC routing. They are seeking an experienced Poly Welder for a site-based role with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for stable, long-term work on structured projects - no remote or FIFO work involved.You'll be working on-site as part of a professional team, expected to work independently and deliver high-quality welds to tight tolerances using a range of equipment.Key Requirements:Proven ability to weld to tight tolerances (±3 mm)
Confident working independently without supervision
Experience using Dixon and Tecnodue poly welding equipment
Valid tickets/licences required:

Poly Welding certification
Fork ticket
Rigging
Dogman
Confined Space
Working at Heights
Trade-based background preferred
Strong commitment to safety and quality
