Are you passionate about using your technical expertise to improve health care for all Australians?We are seeking a dedicated APS6 Coordinating Officer to join our team. Our organisation leads improvements in safety and quality across the health system by working in partnership with patients, carers, clinicians, and health organisations.This isn't just a technical support job. As the Coordinating Officer, you will be a key player in our Infection Prevention and Control program. Your work will directly support a critical program that helps prevent infections.You'll be responsible for the seamless operation of two key online systems: one for learning management and another for compliance data.Key Accountabilities:Providing technical expertise for system development and enhancementsCoordinating with third-party providers to ensure optimal system performanceManaging and maintaining user and organisation databasesProviding support and training to both internal staff and external system usersLeading a customer service help desk, including managing support software and reporting on its performanceKeeping our website content current and accurateKey Requirements:
  • The ideal candidate will be a skilled professional with a strong understanding of online learning systems and/or quality improvement data applications. You're someone who is not only technically proficient but also excels at building relationships and communicating effectively
