Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the team on the floor to achieve sales and service KPIs
  • Coach and develop team members through regular feedback and training
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience based on expert product knowledge
  • Oversee daily operations including rosters, compliance, stock control, and store presentation
  • Support with recruitment, onboarding, and building team culture
  • Investigate stock discrepancies and ensure accurate BOH organisation
  • Maintain store standards, cleanliness, and visual merchandising
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in retail leadership - ideally in footwear, apparel, or speciality retail
  • A customer-first mindset with strong product knowledge and sales capability
  • Confident leading teams and fostering a positive, engaged store culture
  • High attention to detail in stock control, compliance, and presentation
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and develop others
  • Comfortable using POS, inventory, and rostering systems
  • A natural problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on role
