Key Responsibilities:
Lead the team on the floor to achieve sales and service KPIs
Coach and develop team members through regular feedback and training
Deliver an outstanding customer experience based on expert product knowledge
Oversee daily operations including rosters, compliance, stock control, and store presentation
Support with recruitment, onboarding, and building team culture
Investigate stock discrepancies and ensure accurate BOH organisation
Maintain store standards, cleanliness, and visual merchandising
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in retail leadership - ideally in footwear, apparel, or speciality retail
A customer-first mindset with strong product knowledge and sales capability
Confident leading teams and fostering a positive, engaged store culture
High attention to detail in stock control, compliance, and presentation
Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and develop others
Comfortable using POS, inventory, and rostering systems
A natural problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on role
