- Develop and review comprehensive documentation (e.g., user manuals, guides, and instructions for end-users and administrators) in a clear, concise, and easy to understand format; to accurately detail the ICT system being deployed.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders/subject matter experts at the executive and working level to gather relevant information and present technical information in an accurate manner.
- Maintain and update existing documentation previously created with current information, detailing the changes, and retaining appropriate version control aligned with Defence processes and procedures.
