A large local government organisation in Western Sydney seeking an experienced administration professional to join their Safety and Insurance team. This is a great opportunity to support the delivery of high-quality WHS and insurance services in a collaborative environment.About the Role
- Process Workers Compensation, Insurance, and WHS accounts
- Perform data entry for claims and incidents
- Provide general clerical and telephone support within the Safety and Insurance Unit
- Maintain effective, confidential records management
- Support the Employee Health Surveillance program, including scheduling and correspondence
- Assist with file sorting, scanning, and other administrative duties
- Certificate III in Business Administration or related field (minimum)
- At least 12 months’ experience in an office environment
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service
- Strong team player with good communication skills
- Experience using TechOne highly regarded
- Experience in Local Government highly regarded
