Key ResponsibilitiesWe have opportunities for experienced and passionate Personal Care Workers (Care Aide) to join our Aged Care team in Pingelly and Narrogin. As a Care Aide, we would like you to have the availability to work anywhere between 3 - 5 days per week, various start times finishing at 1600PM.Our Care Aides deliver exceptional care and support to our clients, enhancing and encouraging their ability to participate in their own care to maintain their independence. Responsibilities can include skin care, toileting, general hygiene, grooming, dressing, fitting and removal of pressure stockings, mobility, fluid intake, feeding, meal preparation, respite and assisting with medication. Support may also be required with general housekeeping, social support and basic first aid.Pay rate

Successful candidates are required to demonstrate:
Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent or minimum of 2 years experience as a care worker.
Current Australian driver's license
Registered Vehicle, suitable for work purposes
Pass a medical appraisal (known as FCT)
Based on Silver Chain Group Policy, you will be required to provide evidence of vaccination against COVID-19 including booster, or evidence of an authorised medical exemption in order to commence employment with Silver Chain.
