You’ll support payroll compliance, reporting, and system integrity while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.What You’ll Be DoingRunning smooth on time accurate payrolls (weekly & fortnightly)Maintain payroll governance and compliance to support identification and resolution of payroll risks and issues Handling leave reconciliations, journals, and EOFY processesKeeping our payroll systems (ADP Payforce, ADP Realtime, Kronos, Workday) updatedAssisting with payroll reporting, audits, compliance, and continuous improvement projects.Collaborating with HR and Finance to keep everything movingContributing to process improvements and team projectsAbout youIdeally you have 2 years’ experience as a Payroll Officer within a Manufacturing, or FMCG industry.Solid knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, EBAs, and awardsComputer literate with Intermediate Excel skills and ERP experience (SAP highly regarded)Experienced in ADP Payforce, ADP Realtime, Kronos, Time and Attendance, and Workday is essentialExceptional communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to build meaningful relationships with all stakeholders and customersA proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independentlyExcellent time management and coordination skills with a sense of urgency, results focused, with high attention to detail and analytical mindsetYou have a can-do attitude, are flexible, adaptable and customer focused in everything you do!Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent resident.Why join us?
