- Responding to all incoming telephone calls both internally and externally
- Providing administrative support to the Burnie Operations, Sales, Parts and Service departments
- Providing a high-level of organisational support
- Managing petty cash, ordering uniforms, collecting and distributing mail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer and solid data entry skills
- Confident telephone manner with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and problem solve logically
- Ability to balance our operation constraints with the needs of our customers in a positive and efficient manner
- Be engaging and professional with an ability to follow instructions
