This lively pharmacy is part of a large shopping centre in Charlestown, just 18 minutes southwest of Newcastle's CBD. The area is well-serviced by public and private schools, making it ideal for families. With abundant parking and public transport access, getting to work is a breeze. You'll be joining a large, collaborative team in a modern, fast-paced pharmacy environment.Job SpecificationWe're seeking a Pharmacist with at least two years' experience to become a valued member of this dynamic team. You'll work across a broad range of professional services including:

Dispensing and counselling
Vaccinations
Clinical scope of practice services (training provided if required)

This role involves sole pharmacist shifts, so confidence in independent practice is essential. You'll be supported by 2 permanent part-time and 3 casual dispensary technicians, alongside a switched-on front-of-shop team.Typical work hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, totalling 37.5 hours per week, with additional shifts available if desired. The pharmacy operates on foward dispensing model and maintains a moderate script trade that varies throughout the week.Skills Required

Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
Minimum 2 years' experience
Confidence to work as sole pharmacist
Strong communication and customer service skills
Vaccination accreditation preferred, or willingness to obtain

Salary & Benefits

From $55/hour Monday to Friday (commensurate with experience/accreditations)
