
Field Engineer - PCs & Laptops

- Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support via phone, email, walk-ins, and remote tools
- Diagnose and repair laptops, desktops, monitors, and printers
- Install and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network components
- Support Windows 10/7, Linux, and virtual environments
- Manage users and mailboxes in Active Directory
- Perform complex software installations and upgrades
- Triage network issues and conduct root cause analysis
- 1-2 years in IT support, help desk, or field technician roles
- Solid experience with hardware break/fix and PC builds/upgrades
- Strong Office 365 skills (Outlook, Exchange, Teams)
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Windows/Linux OS
- Great communication and fault-resolution skills
- Bonus: Experience with server support or service desk environments
