- Track and monitor program and Adviser performance and quality of advice.
- Support the development, implementation and continuous improvement for performance frameworks and Standard Operating Procedures (SoPs).
- Conduct routine human resource and stakeholder management functions and activities including cohort reporting, governance and quarterly performance meetings.
- Identify, report, and resolve performance issues (including under performance).
- Be a trusted adviser to the leadership team on sensitive or complex people matters including performance and conduct.
- Contribute to developing a culture and resources for Advisers to align their goals with contract and program expectations.
- A baseline clearance is required for this role, if you are not currently holding one an application can be made if successfully placed in the role
- Applicants must be Australian citizens and based in Brisbane
- Experience with employee relations matters, dealing with complex situations
- Experience with industrial relations matters, dealing with complex situations
- Public sector experience, highly desirable
- Candidates must have extensive experience in a HR advisory role
