Our client located in Port Pirie specialises in lead-rich concentrates and smelting industry by-products nationwide with a commitment to innovation and excellence, we offer a stimulating work environment where talented individuals can thrive and contribute to meaningful projects.We are currently seeking multiple skilled Mechanical Fitter and Turner/ Lubrication Technicians to join our client's maintenance team in Port Pirie. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and longevity of our machinery and equipment through proper lubrication practices.If you have a passion for mechanical systems, a keen eye for detail, and hands-on experience in lubrication, we want to hear from you!What's on offer:

5/2 roster & 8-10-hour days
Multiple positions available

Duties include but are not limited to:

Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment, including lubrication, cleaning, and inspections.
Apply lubricants according to specifications and best practices to minimize friction and wear.
Monitor equipment performance and identify potential issues related to lubrication.
Troubleshoot lubrication-related problems and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records of lubrication schedules, usage, and maintenance activities.

Successful candidates will possess the following:

Fitter and Turner Trade Certificate
Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter and Turner.
Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of mechanical systems.
Ability to apply lubricants accurately and efficiently.
Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Safety-conscious mindset with a focus on adhering to safety protocols.
