With a strong focus on safety, quality, and sustainability, they pride themselves on fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and proactive HSE Advisor to support the HSE Manager and work closely with site managers to promote a safe and compliant working environment across their sites.Be involved in projects ranging from $15 million to $35 million across Australia within the safety sector!Key Responsibilities:
Supporting in HSE Compliance & Risk Management.
Ensure overall compliance with HSE regulations, conduct regular site inspections, identify and mitigate hazards, implement risk controls, and support incident reporting and investigations.
Coordinate internal and external audits
Contribute to the development and implementation of HSE systems, manage HSE documentation, support HSE software integration, and assist in producing reports and communications
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum Cert IV WHS or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the commercial or Industrial construction experience – Essential
Strong knowledge of Australian HSE regulations and standards.
Proven ability to conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence all levels of the organization.
