About this roleWelcome to I-MED RadiologyAt I-MED we believe in working as a team and delivering high quality healthcare, to every patient, every time.Primarily based in our Inner Brisbane North Clinic's (Ascot, Chermside, Wavell Heights, Fortitude Valley, Albany Creek) a permanent full-time or part-time opportunity exists for an experienced Radiographer to join our friendly and collaborative team. As the area's main provider of radiology services, you will be exposed to a multitude of unique and interesting cases.This position would afford you many training & development opportunities to upskill and advance your career! Reporting to the Chief Technologist, in this role you will be responsible for driving high quality and efficient imaging services across a range of modalities including x-ray, CT & MRI.This role is standard business hours of Monday to Friday, no weekend or on-call work.Working for I-MED offers you:

Key responsibilities:

Managing patients and operating specialised medical imaging equipment such as General X-Ray & CT
Consistently delivering high levels of patient care and service
Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers
Promoting and maintaining the highest quality and safety standards

Key selection criteria:

Current relevant Radiography Radiation licence and professional registration
Appropriate qualifications in Medical Imaging Technology/Diagnostic Medical Radiography
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of health professionals and corporate staff
MRI & Mammography experience highly regarded
