Guests love to enjoy delicious, freshly-prepared and beautifully presented food. As the Bartender you will provide supportive functional assistance to the Restaurant and Bar team; lead seamless guest experience and provide support to colleagues within the department. You may be required to supervise other Food & Beverage outlets as requested.Key responsibilities

Lead the delivery of engaging, memorable guest experiences through high-quality cocktails, personalised recommendations, and attentive service.
Be knowledgeable about the cocktail list, wine selection, and overall drinks menu to drive guest satisfaction.
Support the daily operations of the bar, including setting up the bar, preparing mise en place, and ensuring team members are ready for service.
Uphold brand standards, service procedures, and safety regulations through leading by example and sharing best practices.
Foster a collaborative and positive team culture through effective communication with colleagues and other departments.
Ensure responsible and accurate cash handling, including float sign-out, end-of-shift reconciliation, and tip management.
Follow all health and safety procedures, including RSA guidelines, WHS policies, and safe bar operations.
Champion sustainability practices behind the bar, including minimising waste and promoting energy-saving habits.
