, , or campus with some hybrid flexibilityAbout the role:Operating within Professional Services Hub (PSH) Faculty of Education & Arts, the Executive Officer (Programs and Communications) supports the operational and strategic goals of the Faculty of Education & Arts through high-level program coordination. The role collaborates with the Director, Strategy and Operations and the Deputy Dean, to develop and execute effective communication strategies, working independently in key projects, supporting faculty initiatives, and actively participating in the professional services hub leadership team. The Executive Officer also plays a key role in driving internal and external communication projects within the faculty by fostering strong relationships and promoting clear communication across teams; and is required to take initiative in alignment with the faculty and university objectives, and work effectively both independently and collaboratively as a member of a national team.For full position details, refer to the position description.Contact:General enquiries can be sent to Jenna Milligan, Executive Officer - PSH Faculty of Education & Arts at:What we offer:

  • Total remuneration valued to $112,625 - $120,977 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $95,170 - $102,227 (pro rata) pa (HEW 6), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
  • 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
  • Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
