Marketing Communications Specialist - Dhahran, Saudi ArabiaOur client is a leading Global Energy producer seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to join the Digital Transformation (DT) department in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia and hosting a roadshow Careers workshop in Sydney, Australia from 22nd April.The Marketing Communications Specialist will be responsible for advocating for a service function for DT, to take the major topics identified by DT management (programs, initiatives, etc.) and develop messaging and content for these topics. Furthermore, the candidate will foster a culture of digital adoption within the organization and across our partner network. This will be achieved by leading impactful outreach programs and events, ultimately building a thriving DT community, driving awareness, engagement, and increased adoption of our digital solutions.Duties & Responsibilities

Collaborate with product development teams to understand the value proposition of digital solutions.

Craft compelling marketing materials and messaging to communicate the benefits of these solutions to corporate and targeted audiences.

Lead and oversee all of the marketing efforts from creative to operations.

Build Advocacy teams expertise in disruptive technologies

Build DT community and mindset within organizations

Increase Corporate digital solution adoption

DT Advocacy works with organizations in internal/external events to showcase Company DT expertise in all the different domains

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree (Marketing & Communication degree preferred)

10 years' work experience within a marketing department and at least 3 years in a management role.

Good command of the English language, written and oral.
