- Ensure the car park's physical condition is maintained to a high standard including general cleaning and maintaining car park equipment to an operational level, ensuring emergency and safety signage is established if required.
- Efficiently manage the entry and exit of vehicles in the car park, ensuring smooth traffic flow and preventing congestion.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons, including assisting with parking inquiries, providing directions, and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment within the car park by enforcing parking regulations, monitoring surveillance systems, and promptly reporting any incidents or emergencies.
- Be prepared to assist during emergency situations, such as providing first aid, guiding customers to safety, or coordinating with emergency services when needed.
- Ensure compliance with relevant parking regulations, record and report any parking violations or incidents into the Incident Management System.
- Ensure the car park remains a secure environment for our staff and customers, monitor CCTV and maintain records of long stay and overnight visitors cars.
- Regularly inspect and maintain parking equipment such as the entry and exit machines, barriers, card readers, and parking access control cameras to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct routine inspections of access control equipment to ensure proper functioning and promptly address any technical issues or malfunctions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any access control system related problems, collaborating with technical support or third party vendors if necessary.
- Maintain an active Manual driver’s license
- Proven oral communication skills
- Must have full availability to work evenings and weekends if required.
