Maintain the integrity of the accounts and other financial data following Thales corporate policies and economic guidelines, ensuring timely and accurate information.Working at our site in Benalla - Yorta Yorta land, your sole purpose is toCollect, process and accurately record all invoices and payments by the due dates following corporate financial guidelinesMaintain the integrity of the Accounts Payable database and ensure information is accurate and currentProcess both local currency and foreign currency invoicesUpload electronic payment batches onto the Treasury platform to meet the payment deadlineCollaborating on and communicating concerns/issues as part of the accounts payable team on a timely basisSupport Accounts Receivable and other finance functions as required, including month-end tasksTo be successful from day one, you will haveIndustry experience working in Accounts Payable and/or ReceivableAttention to detail and high standard of accuracyIn addition, you might also holdCertificate III in Business Administration/FinanceKnowledge of BPCS or similar ERP systemGood to KnowAfter you have applied, you will receive an email acknowledging your application.
