Provide ongoing support for various applications such as Workday & Salesforce.
Manage incidents from identification to resolution.
Conduct end-user training and create user guides.
Gather and document existing processes and requirements.
Undertake prototyping and user acceptance testing.
Provide Business Analysis services to improve processes.
Collaborate with technical teams to enhance applications and systems.

What we are looking for:

Recent IT graduate with strong academics.
Proficient in IT concepts and communication.
Collaborative, adaptable team player.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Windows troubleshooting, Script management, and ITIL.
Document management proficiency and policy adherence are advantageous.
