- Work collaboratively with other disciplines to achieve the best outcomes for clients
- Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Registration (or eligibility) with AHPRA
- Current, unrestricted ‘C’ Class Driver’s Licence (manual preferred)
- The right to live and work in Australia
- Willingness to travel by road and/or small planes to outreach communities
- An interest in rural and remote health care delivery
- A diverse caseload with exposure to a wide range of clinical presentations early in your career
- Structured supervision and regular one-on-one mentoring from senior clinicians
- Peer support from other early career professionals across the organisation
- Interdisciplinary learning and strong referral networks to maximise client outcomes
