In this key role, you'll shape the future of the supply chain by leading the delivery of our next-generation Distribution Centre (DC) network and important projects focused on automation and innovation. Reporting to the Network Development Program Manager, you'll collaborate with senior leaders across WesHealth to make bold strategies happen. Your role will cover end to end project management, everything from planning and budgeting to stakeholder communication and contract negotiation.If you are experienced managing large automated DC projects, driving delivery and budgets, and leading stakeholders, we would love to hear from you!What you'll bring:To excel in this role, you would have demonstrated a successful track record in a similar position, with proven capabilities in delivering transformation projects and programs. You are an ambitious and natural self starter with extensive experience in project management with the ability to influence at all levels.Other attributes and experiences that will make you succeed include:

Significant experience in a warehousing or distribution environment
Strong understanding of end-to-end (E2E) supply chain processes
Demonstrated ability to work and lead in a change environment with competing priorities
Understanding of and/or prior experience in FMCG, retail and/or pharmaceutical industries and environment would be advantageous
Strong business acumen and commercial knowledge
Ability to balance execution efficiency with risk mitigation, value delivery, cost, and quality
Detailed knowledge of a broad range of logistics processes, systems and equipment
Experience working with IT teams on complex projects
Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics or a business related discipline
