Our Digital Consultants are central to this mission—designing and delivering the digital and data infrastructure that powers ESG, sustainability, and EHS outcomes.Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Digital Consultant to support the implementation and enhancement of EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) solutions. This role combines digital expertise, analytical thinking, and collaborative project work to deliver impactful results for sustainability-driven clients.RESPONSIBILITIES:Co-lead end-to-end ESG reporting platform implementations, including system architecture design and data integration strategiesFacilitate strategic client workshops to define ESG/EHS technology requirementsTranslate technical requirements into clear business recommendations for senior client stakeholdersFacilitate process mapping workshops with cross-functional client teams to identify optimisation and standardisation opportunitiesDesign current-state and future-state process maps that optimise ESG reporting workflows across departmentsConduct gap analysis and maturity assessments to benchmark client ESG capabilities from a technology/data lensSupport with technology vendor evaluation processesSupport proposal development and deliver compelling client presentations for new business opportunitiesREQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Commerce, or related field preferred2+ years of consulting experience focused on ESG, sustainability, or technology implementationHigh proficiency in process mapping and workflow optimisation tools (Visio, Lucidchart)Demonstrated track record of successful client engagements and achieving measurable business outcomesGood proficiency in data analysis tools, visualisation platforms, and enterprise software systemsPREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:Experience with enterprise-level project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma)REQUIRED CANDIDATE COMPETENCIES:Be comfortable with and embrace ambiguityAbility to move from project to project with ease and reprioritise regularlyHave a sense of resourcefulness and the ability to “figure things out” independentlyEmbrace client deliverables with a “service attitude” mindsetWho We Are:As the world’s leading sustainability consulting firm, ERM is uniquely positioned to contribute to the environment and society through the expertise and energy of our employees worldwide.
