ABOUT THE COMPANY.This boutique Project Management firm located in Brisbane is known for delivering high quality projects across the Residential Sector. The firm is expanding with a large portfolio of exciting opportunities and therefore require a Project Manager who is driven to develop their expertise in this areas. The client has a large focus on career progression as well as a supportive and driven work environment.ABOUT THE POSITION.This is an opportunity for a Senior Project Manager who is looking to join a motivated and driven team and contribute to unique Residential projects. In this role, you will be pivotal to the full lifecycle of a project. You will be pivotal to identifying risks and developing the strategies to mitigate them.DUTIES.
  • Assist in overseeing the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and completion.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor budgets, schedules, and quality standards to deliver successful project outcomes.
  • Conduct site inspections, manage progress reporting, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience.
  • Previous Client-Side Project Management experience.
  • Previous experience with Residential Projects
  • Previous experience with Superintendent work.
  • Bachelor of Construction or equivalent.
