ABOUT THE COMPANY.This boutique Project Management firm located in Brisbane is known for delivering high quality projects across the Residential Sector. The firm is expanding with a large portfolio of exciting opportunities and therefore require a Project Manager who is driven to develop their expertise in this areas. The client has a large focus on career progression as well as a supportive and driven work environment.ABOUT THE POSITION.This is an opportunity for a Senior Project Manager who is looking to join a motivated and driven team and contribute to unique Residential projects. In this role, you will be pivotal to the full lifecycle of a project. You will be pivotal to identifying risks and developing the strategies to mitigate them.DUTIES.

Assist in overseeing the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and completion.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
Monitor budgets, schedules, and quality standards to deliver successful project outcomes.
Conduct site inspections, manage progress reporting, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

Minimum 5+ years of experience.
Previous Client-Side Project Management experience.
Previous experience with Residential Projects
Previous experience with Superintendent work.
Bachelor of Construction or equivalent.
