Varied role providing support to the Director group, coordination of HR activities and overseeing the studio administrator. Whilst the role is Melbourne based you will provide some support to other studios.
- Oversee the smooth running of the Melbourne studio
- Diary and travel management, email coordination
- Meeting and event organisation
- General office administration
- Assist with business development activities
- Coordinate HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, leave, and staff records.
- Experience in EA or Office Manager type roles
- Architecture, engineering, or related industry preferred
- Staff management experience
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Exceptional organisation, attention to detail, and discretion
