Actuarial Manager – General Insurance

• Development and execution of the end-to-end reserving process for liability and financial lines products including all statutory deliverables
• Collaborating with the Claims, Underwriting, Finance and Business functions to provide actionable insights that will drive portfolio performance
• Oversee and execute uplift on the reserving platform to unlock efficiencies and improve grain of insights
• Provide leadership and drive a performance culture in the team

• Relevant actuarial qualification (Fellow) with the Institute of Actuaries of Australia or equivalent body
• Extensive general insurance reserving experience, preferably in long tail products
• Demonstrated stakeholder engagement skills with a strategic mindset
• Ability to drive a high-performance culture in a team with a mindset to constantly improve existing processes
