- Conduct specialist assessments (e.g., functional capacity, independent living skills) aligned with participants' NDIS goals.
- Develop tailored intervention plans and detailed reports to support skill development and capacity building.
- Collaborate with participants, families, support coordinators, and allied health professionals to deliver person-centred care.
- Monitor client progress, maintain accurate documentation, and adjust interventions as needed.
- Ensure services are delivered within NDIS funding allocations and in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.
- A qualified and passionate Occupational Therapist with strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills.

- A professional with a solid understanding of the NDIS framework and experience working with diverse participants.
