Chandler Macleod are seeking a diligent and dependable Mill Hand / Cleaner to join our client in Northam for a short-term contract commencing immediately. Contract Details:
Start: Immediately
End Date: Friday, 10th October (possibility of extension)
Hours: 38 hours per week
Position Overview: The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the operation and upkeep of milling machinery, ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the facility, and supporting the production process as required. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the operation and routine maintenance of milling equipment
Maintain a clean and orderly work environment by removing dust, debris, and waste materials
Adhere strictly to company safety protocols and hygiene standards
Provide general support to the production team as needed
Requirements:
Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
Ability to work effectively within a team and follow instructions
Previous experience in a similar industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred but not mandatory
