- Liaising with clients, over the phone and via email
- Managing general email inbox
- Assisting with forwarding on messages
- Copying, filing, laminating, mail
- Ad-hoc administrative duties and projects
- Answering phone calls and taking messages
- Be a great communicator, able to show empathy and patience where required
- Have good interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with people
- Have good organisational skills, able to manage and prioritise workload
- Solid technical skills, able to pick up new systems quickly and ideally experienced with Microsoft Office software
- Ability to work an analog phone system and thrive in a loud and at time stressful environment
