We are seeking a professional and friendly Part-Time Receptionist to join the team at a well-established global organisation. This varied role combines front desk reception duties with administrative support to the Fleet team. If you have strong communication skills, enjoy working in a dynamic corporate environment, and are confident using Excel, this could be the perfect fit.Key Responsibilities:Front Desk Reception
  • Greet all visitors with a warm, professional manner
  • Answer and transfer incoming calls
  • Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate visitor access
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc tasks
Fleet Support
  • Provide administrative support to the Fleet team, including data entry, reporting, and coordination of vehicle-related tasks
  • Assist with the management of loan vehicles and basic fleet documentation
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders as needed
About You:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administration role
  • Confident and polished communication style
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Available to work 25 hours per week, ideally spread across Monday to Friday
  • Comfortable working onsite in a corporate head office setting
