
Business Development Manager

- Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with key business metrics to increase allied health relationships and foster profitability.
- Expand the territory client base and regional book of business to achieve annual targets.
- Formulate an effective customer call strategy to maximize opportunities within the territory, utilizing the Customer Relationship Management tool.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of our full line of products (educational programs) and service offerings (student placement) to match business strengths to client needs.
- Travel within the designated territory as required to assess prospects and connect with customers.
- Manage and retain relationships with existing clients and facilitate the transition of new client connections to the account specialist for ongoing interactions.
- Collaborate with Keypath’s in-house healthcare team in drafting and reviewing client contracts.
- Conduct market research for business and partnership opportunities.
- Produce reports on territory successes and areas for development, constantly reviewing sales activities, targets, and strategies to maximize results.
- Prepare business assets that highlight Keypath’s competitive advantage and value propositions for prospective clients (allied health clinics).
- Execute contracts with new accounts
- Higher education or similar
- 5+ years of experience in a sales or business development role within healthcare.
- Experience in allied health services or related service industries is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of working to sales targets.
- Strong relationship-building, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in designing and implementing business development strategies.
- Strong conflict resolution capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational discipline.
- Self-motivated with the ability to motivate and engage a team towards clear outcomes.
- Strong presentation skills with confidence in value-based selling.
- Proficient in computer-based tools; Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office, etc
- Interstate travel is required, with up to 70% of the role involving face-to-face meetings.
